Was our first time. They open at 10am and they check your bags for security reasons, no toys or outdoor food allowed. Once inside you can purchase tickets or if you purchased online you still have to see the counter. Lockers are $5 small, $7 Large or a Jumbo for $9. There is a limited number available. But many people were grabbing chairs to leave their stuff. Parking is $20 but you get a ticket for $20 off a $40 purchase at the Rum Shack which sells food or use it to get a discount on admission to water park. There is the Splash Snack shop for food as well. We enjoy it a lot everything is close together and it isn't super big which is great. Definitely give it a try
We visited on June 23, 2026, and wanted to share our experience so that others can make an informed decision before visiting. One of our first frustrations involved the parking process. When purchasing tickets online, there was no option to pay for parking in advance. Upon arrival, we were informed that parking cost $20 and that the fee could be redeemed at the on-site restaurant or bar. However, when we attempted to use the credit, we were told that a minimum purchase of $40 was required to receive the $20 discount. Since we had no interest in spending that amount, I asked whether the parking fee could instead be deducted from the admission tickets we had already purchased online, but was told that was not possible. Unfortunately, the customer service experience did not improve from there. The front desk staff came across as dismissive and irritated, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. Guests are also subject to a bag inspection upon entry. While security screening itself is understandable, the process required us to remove every item from our bags. Any snacks, food, or beverages other than water had to be discarded or returned to the car. Once inside, we encountered several maintenance and safety concerns. In the children’s area, we nearly tripped over a torn floor mat that appeared to present a hazard. We reported it to staff, but no action was taken while we were there. We also observed employees vacuuming standing water from various areas where pooling appeared to be a recurring issue. The overall condition of the facility was disappointing. The pool surfaces felt slimy, raising concerns about cleanliness and water maintenance. Several tiles and sections of concrete around the pool area were deteriorating or coming apart. Additionally, the water slides did not appear to have adequate water flow, resulting in riders getting stuck rather than sliding smoothly. Given the premium prices charged for admission, we expected a much higher standard of customer service, maintenance, and overall guest experience. Instead, we felt nickel-and-dimed throughout our visit and were disappointed by what seemed to be a significant decline in the quality of the facility. This is especially unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed visiting in the past and often recommended it to friends and family. Based on our recent experience, however, we can no longer do so. The price you pay is ridiculous for the experience you get.
I am here on a Sunday with pre-vouchers from our hotel in Clearwater prices are not bad if you’re gonna spend at least half a day here don’t pay the $20 to park. There is a street parking but you gotta get there early food is decent and not overly priced they do sell alcohol bring your own towel!!!! Lifejackets or swimmers have to be Coast Guard certified or you need to Rent a lifejacket they don’t charge port but do keep a deposit in case you don’t return. It was not overly crowded. Pretty decent place and clean.
It’s a decent park for locals. The site says you can’t bring food and that they have cost effective food- not true. Cesar salad, hot dog, Diet Coke and a sponge bob ice cream for 40$. It’s $20 to park and the tickets were about $68. We got here at 11 and the park opened at 10 it was already pretty busy. Not bad but I feel like it’s kinda expensive for what it is.
Just returned from our vacation. Couldn’t say more great things about it. We had tickets from our hotel & then went back the next day. Love the size and the lazy river. The slides were perfect & the lines were not bad at all. They do not allow any outside food, drink, water toys- and they do check bags. Staff were nice, we felt safe, had no issues & plan to return.
