Residence Inn St. Petersburg Tierra Verde

Friendly staff! Awesome rooftop restaurant and another beach style restaurant located just to the north west. This is one of the finest yet most affordable hotels I have ever stayed at. Awesome vibes and great times! Breakfast included! 10/10

I can’t say enough about this gem of a hotel: clean, big rooms, great breakfast and fantastic staff! We paid more for a balcony suite and it was with every penny with full kitchenette and huge living space. Tierra Verde is a special place with a nice island vibe. The beach park is a very short drive and a great place to spend the day. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at the Residence Inn this past weekend. My husband, myself and our almost two year old enjoyed the spacious room, the balcony and the suite styled kitchen. Loretta was fantastic in helping us with our accommodations beforehand and day of. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We even got to see some manatees in the harbor below. The rooftop restaurant, Vista at the Top, has the most stunning views of the water, great food and great drinks. Sunset on the rooftop is truly breathtaking! I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Pros: Great location, by the beautiful Fort deSoto Park, the beaches, etc. Sitting on the water, the marina. Pleasant, helpful, professional, welcoming staff (front desk Loretta, Penny, Tomas, Maya, etc., cleaning staff Connie & others). Clean building, rooms. Nice pool & gym. Thanks to management lead Chad Ingram. Cons: next door restaurant can be a bit loud but they're good at respecting time limit.

A last minute ute booking after a rental house issue. Booked via Bonvoy app. Went to wrong hotel first but correct hotel was under 20 minute drive. Easy check in. Was on 6th floor and the view at night from the balcony was amazing! Friendly staff, clean room, easy check in/out.
