Aki Sushi

Seriously the BEST sushi experience ever! I was lucky enough to sit at the sushi counter and get to watch Chef Adam work his magic. After talking for a bit about my preferences, he created 6 unique ngiri pieces that blew my mind! We’re talking eel & pineapple, escolar & truffles, tuna & homemade pickles. All so creative and all so delicious! I will definitely be back!

This place is great for the price! Delicious sushi. Unfortunately, looking at the carpet was a complete turn off. I understand that it's a small place with a lot of high traffic but they really need to consider getting new carpet installed (see pictures). The walkways are pretty much black and you can actually see what the carpet is supposed to look like underneath the tables and chairs, which by the way, haven't moved probably since the place opened. Either way, I would definitely eat here again for sure.

I see why this place has great reviews. Cute little place, quick service, reasonable price, and of course good sushi. Very nice presentation. The wonton soup has sesame oil which makes it tastier than regular ones. The Summer Time roll is very similar to Samurai Blue's Summer Love roll which is a good thing.

This has to be some of the best sushi I have ever had! Amazing chef and presentation. We will absolutely be back and very soon! The service was great. Wine selection was great. What can you say when the sushi is just that damn good!! If you love sushi like I do, you need to try this place. I would vote this small, cozy spot #1 The Best Sushi in Tampa Bay! Well worth the drive

First impression was great. The place is very cozy and the ambience was relaxing and inviting.The food tasted fresh and came out quick. Plenty of options of great drinks and she was very kind and patient with us. Starting with a plum wine, watermelon and also green apple Saki. The crab ragoon had so much crab. And the curry krab ragoon was amazing. The smokiness without the heat. The Aki roll was my favorite. If you are in the area this is a must visit Sushi 🍣 restaurant.
