I had a great experience at Innisbrook. It was relaxing and so much fun. The restaurants on site were amazing and delicious. The grounds were beautiful. The Salamander Spa was outstanding. I had a 90-minute massage with my husband. We were treeated like royalty. The massage and spa were relaxing and refreshing. Thank you to everyone at Innisbrook for a great mid-week break.
I just finished a stay here for a work conference, and while I didn’t get nearly enough time to enjoy everything this stunning resort has to offer, I left with one thing I can’t stop thinking about: the staff. I’ve traveled a lot for work. I’ve stayed in a lot of places. And I can say without hesitation that the team here is among the most genuinely kind, hardworking, and warm groups of people I have ever encountered in hospitality, or honestly anywhere. They, especially the banquet staff, were managing an entire company’s worth of guests, coordinating endless moving pieces, and working long shifts, and they did all of it with real smiles and incredible warmth. They made every single one of my colleagues feel seen and taken care of. That’s not easy. The resort itself is beautiful, and I hope to come back someday and actually enjoy it as a guest. But whoever is responsible for hiring and cultivating this team deserves enormous credit. These are the kinds of people who make a place truly special, and they deserve every recognition and reward that comes their way.
We had a less than desirable experience. The tennis was spectacular as were the pro Dave and his team. We were booked into a room on the second floor at the end of the. Facility. We asked for no more than TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS as there are NO ELEVATORS. OUR ROOM was awful. Shower did not work. Sprayed only partially. Could not see the tv from sofa. All bedding was static to the point of a few shocks and a Fourth of July show. The room smelt of musty odor. We called front desk the next morning and had a very smirky front desk employee PAUL who was a smart alec and said he would move us. We specifically told him we were seniors and no more than two flights of stairs to drag our suitcases. Paul moved us to a room with four flights of stairs which included the outside stairs. We were stuck dragging our suitcases 🧳 up four flights. Shameful behavior and we will be reaching out to the GM when we get home. Smiths
Was there in 2004 and wanted my wife to experience how great it WAS! Fast forward 22 years and when entering the property, was greeted by the guard (very friendly) but told him it had been 22 years since I had been there. The guard (honest to god) said ‘Nothing’s changed!’ He was correct. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. 1. The room was big but felt and smelled like a retirement home, complete with unknown stains on furniture. 2. I was on the PGA tour stop for 8 years and the landscaping was so badly kept up! Everything looked so tired and like NOTHING had been updated in over 20 years. 3. We live 3 hours away from the resort and chose to drive home rather than staying in the smelly, outdated stained furniture, back to 1985 visit room and this was not what we booked this for, especially for the top dollar we paid! We are so disappointed and have to share this terrible experience so no one else will be put through the let down we experienced. Please avoid this third world resort. Mexico all inclusive’s are more modern and ready for a modern vacation experience!! Everything was tired and way outdated!
.mThe "Best Kept Secret" for Steak in Tampa Bay We just had another wonderful experience at Packard’s Steakhouse, and it has officially become our go-to spot for the best steak in the Tampa Bay area. This was our second visit, and once again, the food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. My wife loves seafood and the fresh grouper at Packards was tender and most delicious. The service remains top-notch—our server, Ralph, was absolutely awesome and made the evening feel special. If you are looking for a meal that is every bit as good as Bern’s Steakhouse, but without the ungodly wait to get a table, this is the place to go. It offers that classic, high-end steakhouse quality with a much more inviting and accessible atmosphere. Highly recommended!
