The Imagine Museum turned out to be a hidden gem that we had walked past so many times without realizing what was inside. After visiting it once, we already know we’ll be coming back. It’s a wonderful place for both adults and children, with truly unique and fascinating works of art. Highly recommend discovering this special place!

✨ A World of Light, Color & Imagination ✨ I had such a wonderful time exploring the Imagine Museum in St. Petersburg during Free Museum Day! The galleries were filled with extraordinary contemporary glass art—each piece transforming light, color and movement into something almost otherworldly. It was fascinating to see how artists can take something as delicate as glass and shape it into bold sculptures, luminous landscapes and intricate expressions of the imagination. Some pieces seemed to glow from within, while others changed completely depending on where I stood. The entire museum felt like an exploration of creativity, transformation and the infinite possibilities that emerge when vision and artistry come together. What a beautiful reminder to keep looking at life from different perspectives. 💫Super Busy weekend #ImagineMuseum #StPeteArts #FreeMuseumDay #GlassArt #ContemporaryArt #ArtAdventure #StPetersburgFlorida #FloridaAdventures #LightAndColor #CreativeInspiration

On Wednesday, July 8, 2026 my wife and me visited the Museum for the first time. It's a museum in the Art of Glass and it's beautiful. The associates will give you an introduction of the history of how the glass was created. The associates were very helpful and nice too. They also have a store that sells Art Glass. I recommend it.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the museum today! Everything is stunningly beautiful, but the absolute highlight was the staff. Judy and Jean at the gift shop were incredibly welcoming, and Judy (who had the coolest hair color!) gave us a super insightful tour with an awesome rundown on the history of glass making. Getting to see the record-setting $1 million glass boat sculpture, Passage, was a definite treat and completely breathtaking. This museum is an absolute must-do if you are anywhere near the area. Don't skip it!

Works from different parts of the world reveal very different ways of thinking about material, light and form. Because the exhibitions keep changing, the museum never feels quite the same twice. Some of the glass sculptures are particularly absorbing. You begin by looking at the object itself, then at the way it catches, bends or filters light — and before long, you find yourself completely drawn in. Some of these works have such an ethereal presence that they are reason enough to return
