The tropically landscaped Sails Resort Apartment Motel is directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, one of the safest beaches in the U.S. & in a quiet area. Located centrally to St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Our apartments are spacious and comfortable, yet affordable. There is daily maid service (except for Sundays and Holidays), so your time is free for fun and relaxation. We have 27 rooms on our beach front property, including Motel Rooms, Efficiencies, One Bedroom & Two Bedroom Apartments. All Apartments are furnished with either 2 double beds, 1 double/1 twin or 1 queen size bed. Apartments are equipped with a full kitchen and living room with sleeper sofas. Efficiencies are equipped with 1 queen bed or 1 double and 1 single bed, and a kitchenette. Motel Rooms are equipped with 1 double bed and a small kitchenette. All rooms open out to our spacious grounds with 200' beach frontage and sun deck, 20' X 40' heated pool, sun-hut, gas barbecue, guest laundry on premises, shuffleboard, phones in rooms, wall to wall carpeting, free WIFI all this and more in a friendly atmosphere...
