Capt George Roux has been been fishing Florida and Caribbean waters for over 50 years,for grouper, snapper, amberjack, sharks, kingfish, and Blue Water species. His boats are all fast, twin diesels with air conditioning ,have the finest electronics available, and safety equiptment that exceeds USCG requirements

The 58' "Floridian" cruises at over 35 mph, and has a 700 mile range. As the largest sport fishing boat in the area, it offers speed and comfort you will find in no other boat.

The 45' Gulf Bum, while smaller than the Floridian is still much larger than most charter boats in the area. The Gulf Bum is available for trips from 5 hours to multi-day. The vessel had a $175k refit in 2013, and is one of the most comfortable, luxurious boats around. It offers tournament grade tackle, satellite TV, and a full size head and galley.

While our boats are larger than most around, I'll be the first to tell you that size has nothing to do with catching fish. What size does give you is comfort and a smooth ride that smaller vessels can't offer. "Center console" type boats are usually a little less costly, but you're totally exposed to the elements. The money you may have saved will seem insignificant when your family is standing in an open boat during one of our frequent summertime lightning storms, or wet and freezing cold in the wintertime. It's nice to have the option of kicking back in a plush air conditioned cabin, watching a game on TV, after an unforgettable day on the Gulf.
