"2008 Country Club of the Year" - Tampa Bay Magazine

Designed by Donald Ross, this historic course opened Jan. 1, 1927. From 1945 to 1962, it was the original PGA national headquarters course. Bobby Jones, Gene Saraze, Ben Hogan, Sam Snead, Byron Nelson, Paul Runyan, and others have played here. Come experience golf the way it was meant to be enjoyed and walk in the footsteps of some of the sport's best known players. This award winning course also features a practice facility, The Fairway Grille, and has PGA Professionals on staff to give golfers an experience they won't soon forget.
