Quiet the mind and get in motion, creating a foundation of intention and self-love to kick off 2024. What have you decided to let go of? What are you growing and creating space for? Let the repetition of movement lay the track forward.
Dress in layers, bring a mat, and create a picture for the year ahead. Afterward, hang out with your fellow yogis and toast great beginnings with a Cage brew or kombucha. This is our 10th year of 108 Sun Salutations! Space is limited so register quickly.
