Treasure Island will experience a bowl game invasion during the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl event week as it hosts the Battle at the Beach! The invasion will take place at the City of Treasure Island's Gulf Front Park at 10400 Gulf Blvd on Tuesday, December 18 from 1 pm – 4 pm and is free for all to attend. Both bowl teams along with their bands, cheerleaders, and dance squads will be involved in friendly, but fiercely competitive events. To cap off the day, enjoy a free rockin' country concert by Ryan Weaver. Check out the other events taking place in Tampa Bay during bowl week!
The Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl will be played on Thursday, Dec. 23, with a 7 p.m. ET kickoff at Raymond James Stadium. The 2021 game will be the bowl's eighth prime time kickoff since its inception in 2008. The game, which is owned and operated by ESPN Events, will air on ESPN.
