The menu focuses on fresh, natural and Floribbean cuisine, providing the perfect blend of flavors from the Caribbean, Jamaica and Florida, all with a signature touch. New favorites include Tostones, Wood Oven Cuban Breads, Florida fish, Ceviche and more. Savor some of Chef's regional chutneys, salsas and specially made mojos which add some spice and pizzazz to each dish. Guests can choose to dine inside under the oversized skylight or outside under the swaying palms and take in the serene Gulf views. Groups can enjoy the upper Sea Porch with sliding doors, making it even more exclusive for private functions up to 60 people.
