Ambitious mediterrean menu featuring fresh fish, poultry, pasta and lots of veal. Massimo Patano now takes high-end eclectic swings at his own intimate place. He sears scallops with fennel, pairs lobster cakes with apricots, makes frito misto with rice flour and sauces sweetbreads with sweet peas. An original blend of Italian, French and Asian with brilliant sauces and lots of luxe.
