Our founder, Cesare Tini, knows what an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends, gathering around to enjoy each others company with a glass of wine, and the perfect dish. Born and raised in Rimini, Italy, in a family of restaurateurs, Cesare grew up in the kitchens of Northern Italy’s most amazing chefs. And when he came to America, he brought his knowledge and love of food with him (along with those hand-me-down recipes).
