Island Way Grill

At the Island Way Grill, it's all about fresh fish. Their own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the Gulf.

Located on Mandalay Bay Lagoon in Clearwarter Beach, diners can drive in or boat up for a special Sunday morning.  Chefs prepare the most amazing brunch on the beach and seating is both indoors and on the expansive outdoor waterfront deck overlooking yacths and sailboats.

Blending the flavors of the Pacific Rim with Island cuisine and a pan-Asian flair. Much of the cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout the menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared.  Chefs also prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to the restaurants' every-day offerings.
