Gulf Coast Po' Boys

One can gather that based on the restaurant’s name, Po’ Boys are the most popular featured item on the menu. Following their traditional New Orleans style, their Po’ Boys selection includes Cajun Andouille, Dirty Roast Beef, and the Fried or Blackened Catfish just to name a few. They also offer entrée portion salads for those who are more health conscious. All sandwiches include Real Southern Style Coleslaw, (no mayo, made a sweet vinegar dressing) and Old Style Potato Salad. The only dessert offered is Marilyn’s Forbidden Bread Pudding, which is topped with a Whiskey Sauce.
