Loews Don CeSar Hotel

A member of the Historic Hotels of North America, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and named a historical monument by the National Archives, the Don CeSar is as rich in luxury as it is in history. Originally opened in 1928, the "Don" was appropriated by the Military during World War II and eventually abandoned. It was restored to its original glory and reopened in 1973. Property has 340 rooms including 70 at the Beach House Suites by Don Cesar. Accommodates over 400 weddings a year. The newly constructed 11,000 square foot Spa Oceana opened in early 2008. The "Don" boasts two pools with underwater sound systems, is the recipient of AAA's Four Diamond designation for 30 consecutive years, as well as housing their Four Diamond restaurant, The Maritana Grille and was recently named the "Loews Hotel of the Year."
