Sea Salt offers indoor and outdoor seating for 300 guests, an 80-foot long raw bar, a private chef's dining room and a 20-foot-tall wine tower that can hold 6,000 bottles. Chef/owner Fabrizio Aiellli, a native of Venice, Italy, takes pride in showcasing fresh seafood along with innovative contemporary specialities, fine wine and craft cocktails. Diners will begin their meal with a selection of breads and a trio of imported salts and extra-virgin olive oil. Dozens of rare salts from around the world will be on display at the restaurant and used in various dishes and cocktails, including Mayan Sun (El Salvador), Pyramid (Bali) and Murray River Pink (Australia).
Sunday Brunch is also available from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The extensive brunch menu offers more than 50 items starting at $3 for brunch tapas and includes small plates, starters, traditional breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, seafood and steak entrees, smoothies, pastries, and more, all prepared with a Sea Salt twist.
