Pico Rojo is a family owned restaurant that was created with the concept of introducing Latin American Rotisserie Chicken and foods cooked in an ecological, natural and flavorful way, a gourmet way.Pico Rojo’s chickens are delicious, natural non-frozen chickens, free of hormones, preservatives and food enhancers, marinated with more than 10 natural spices, and roasted in an ecological charcoal rotisserie oven. Served with tasty complements selected to transform in many one single meal. The complementary sides fulfill every taste, from fried yuca, tostones and sweet plantains to hearty rice and beans and crunchy asparagus, coleslaw and salads, to mention a few. Al of them are either cocked with olive oil and kosher sea-salt, pan fried in olive oil , or, deep fried in peanut oil. All sides are vegetarian.
