Obtaining a marriage license in St. Pete/Clearwater is easy.
Head to the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the Pinellas County Courthouse any weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a marriage license. You’ll need: the bride- and groom-to-be; social security numbers; and a valid photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, government or military ID, or passport. If either of you is not a U.S. citizen, proof of alien registration is required. The license comes with a 60-day expiration date, so let the nuptials commence!
